Terms and conditions

General Information

This User agreement and the Terms of Delivery are effective as of January 1, 2022. We may amend the Terms of Delivery, so please review the User Agreement and our Terms of Delivery each time before placing an order through our online store.

Product prices include value-added tax (VAT), which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please review the details before completing your purchase

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment transaction, an order confirmation and a payment confirmation message from Paytrail Oyj will be sent to the customer’s email address. To receive these confirmation messages, you must provide a valid email address during registration.

Delivery Method

Gym passes purchased through the online store are loaded into the customer account created during the registration process. The first time, registration must be completed following the instructions in the email message. Subsequently, the mobile pass must be updated after each purchase so that the new time slot appears.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The purchase decision is binding. However, life circumstances may change, and therefore the gym membership and coaching agreements can be modified if necessary by contacting info@sportbalance.fi. A fee in accordance with the price list will be charged for no-shows.

Service Provider’s Right to Cancel Course Reservations

The Service Provider has the right to cancel a customer’s reservation if the service (course, event) must be canceled due to a low number of participants or other force majeure. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price or be offered an alternative service of equal value from the service provider.
